Moncla & Rossi SEB Complaint 07/08/2022 2020 November 3rd Recount Complaint (Case No. 2023-025) Details the Machine Recount deficiencies, shortfall, and subsequent modification of the result which includes approx. 20,000 illegitimate votes (~17k missing + 3,125 Duplicates).
Separate complaint from the Uncertified Early Voting Poll Tapes Complaint which showed that all of the poll tapes for Early Voting, representing over 300,000 ballots, were unsigned and therefore uncertified. This complaint shows the same for 50 tabulators used on Election Day.
Moncla & Cross GA SEB complaint detailing the unlawful practices of swapping out tabulator memory cards during an election and then closing those memory cards on surrogate machines
Georgia Governor Brian Kemp's report confirming the 2020 hand-count/audit inconsistencies as reported by Joe Rossi. Governor Kemp referred the matter to the Georgia State Election Board (SEB) for further investigation.
